Please never buy based on the picture alone. Some items in the photos are for display purposes only and are not included. Read the details of the description and measure to make sure it's the right fit. If the details are not clear, please message us. For your protection, we do not change addresses via email. Please allow for slight color variances in the product due to lighting in the photo and the differences in computer monitors and phone screens.

Shipping

We ship UPS, USPS, FedEx, among others. Most items are shipped within 1–3 business days. For freight shipments, please message us your phone number and special instructions. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APOs, and no local pick-up. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is lost in shipping, please contact us, and we will locate it or replace it. We ship for free, but some states charge a small shipping surcharge, which will be applied at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be unopened in the original shipping box with materials and accessories.

Orders are dispatched to our warehouse after one hour and cannot be canceled thereafter. You can refuse the package or go through the normal return process. All items are in stock at the time of making the listing. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order due to a system glitch or human error, we may ship it from one of our other warehouses. Please be aware that some items ship in the original box. Some states have restrictions on merchandise that cannot be shipped to that state. If this is the case, your order will be canceled and your money refunded.
