Our standard free postage is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class folded. This is not a tracked service and can take between 2-5 working days

For £4.99 we offer First Class Postage via Royal Mail-this is not a tracked service and is sent folded and normally arrives within 1-3 working days

For £9.99 we offer a next day service which is sent rolled via Parcelforce (not available for parasol orders). This service is only available to Mainland UK and takes 1 working day (No deliveries on Saturday)

For orders sent folded you will receive caring instructions on how to remove the creases. Most creases fall out after a few days when laid on the table in a warm room.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days, they must be returned to us in a saleable condition. We advise when returning the item to do it through eBay as the item is then tracked. If there is a fault with the cloth then we will pay the postage for all other reasons the buyer is liable. 

We don't want to inconvenience you by having to return the cloth. Therefore we offer a sample service to ensure the colour is correct (colours do vary depending on your computer settings). If you aren't sure about measurements please see our guide below to help you.

Measuring Guide

Round Tables

To measure the diameter of your table simply measure from the centre from end to end (the widest part). Once you have this figure you then need to choose your desired overhang. The general rule is to allow for 40-50cm (16?-20?) overhang but this can be down to personal preference. Add both these figures together and you have the diameter you require. E.g. If you table diameter is 90cm then add 40cm and this will mean you order a 130cm round tablecloth.

Square or Rectangle Tables

Firstly measure the width of your table from edge to edge. Allow 40-50cm (16? to 20?) overhang (20-25cm each side), you can have longer or shorter but it all boils down to personal preference and also the maximum width of the tablecloth (approx 140cm?). For example, if you are a family with young children you might want a shorter overhang or if you have a more traditional styled home you may want a longer drop. To measure the length just repeat the process as you did for measuring the width. Again allow for a 40-50cm overhang (20-25cm each side). So for example your table measures 90cm x 200cm we would recommend 130cm x 240cm to give you a nice even overhang all around.
