Problems with your Purchase- If there is ANY problem with your item, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work very hard with you to resolve the problem.
Returns-If you want to return an item and receive a refund per Ebay policy, we will want you to return the item. Please remember that YOU must pay the shipping back to me with delivery confirmation per Ebay policy. After the item has been returned, then your refund will be made through Paypal.
Restocking fee- We will be charging a restocking fee for any returns. Minimun fee will be $10. We will inform you of the total fee when you contact us about a return.
Software purchases- There are NO returns on ANY software. Be sure to ask questions before buying. All software is tested to work before mailing.
Insurance and Signature Required will be added on items over $150 or any we think are rare. Those costs will be added in the shipping charges. You are welcome to request added insurance and signature, just contact us first so we may adjust the shipping charges.
