With a exceptionally powerful solid top which can reach temperatures of 400C, as well as a 7.1 kw. X2 double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible oven, the natural gas Falcon Dominator G211 7/2eu single bullseye solid top oven range is the perfect addition to busy restaurants, hotels, canteens and takeaways. The Falcon oven range is incredibly versatile - the solid top can accommodate many more pots and pans than standard open top models, whilst the large oven is compatible with large gastronorm pans over five oven shelf positions. The robust stainless steel construction is simple to clean and fits in with other commercial kitchen appliances.

Each item is covered by a 3 month parts-only warranty. If we are unable to supply you with the parts you require, we will send you a replacement machine of equal (or better) specification. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement machine, the machine can be returned to base and a full refund will be issued.

To qualify for the warranty, the item MUST be installed by a fully qualified catering engineer who will install it according to manufacturers guidelines. Failure to do so will null and void any warranty with Keighley catering . We cannot be held responsible for any malfunction caused by incorrect installation.
