In order to shop at Rajani's you must be 18 years or above if we are in doubt then we may request some form of I.D. when delivering the goods.

These goods are to be used for personal use only and not to be re - sold for commercial business purposes.

Product Description

Rajani's will endeavor to give you (the customer) as most accurate description of the product as possible, which includes the photographs that are taken of the goods, however we (Rajani) can't guarantee that the dimensions and content of the product are entirely accurate. If you have any questions regarding the products please contact us before you make the purchase and we will be more than happy to assist you.

All electrical products come fitted with a standard U.K. plug only, we recommend that International customers and U.K. customers purchasing an electrical product for use in Europe consider this point before making their purchase as Rajani's are not responsible for supplying a European plug or adaptor.

Prices

  • All of our prices displayed are inclusive of V.A.T. shown in the Sterling currency, delivery is not included within the price displayed.
  • The price you pay for the goods is displayed at the time we receive your order.
  • We will always ensure that the prices are up to date and accurate however errors may occur, if a situation arises that a product has been priced incorrectly we will contact you by phone initially to confirm the correct price and then give you the option of reconfirming the order or cancelling it.
  • Payment for your goods can be made by PayPal, Electron, Solo, Maestro, Delta, Visa or MasterCard, we do not accept American Express.

 DELIVERY

     1. Delivery charges and time scales are given to you at the point of purchase. At Rajani's we will work very hard to ensure that we deliver your order within the appropriate time period specified at the time of order. However we must make you aware that delays may occur which are out of Rajani's control, therefore Rajani's exclude themselves from any liability for the delay or failure of the delivery of your order. Risk or loss and damage of products passes onto you on the date that the products are delivered to you or on the date of the first attempted delivery by ourselves.

    2. The parcel will be sealed with a masking tape, instructions are written on the masking tape informing you (the customer) that it is important that you check that the tape hasn't been broken before you receive the parcel. If the tape has been broken then please don't sign the courier's sheet until you have checked the entire contents, quantity and condition of the parcel in front of the representative of the courier company. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the courier of the actual condition and quantity and to write these comments on the courier's sheet. Then contact Rajani's by emailing hi@rajanis.co.uk immediately informing us of the actual condition and quantity of the parcel received.

  3.  When your parcel arrives you must check for damages or shortages. Claims for damages or shortages need to be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your delivery. Claims for damages and shortages made after this specified period of time will be refused. The time and date of you receiving the goods is recorded with the courier, this date will be used as the starting point of the fourteen (14) days.

  4.  At Rajani's we aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days of receiving your order online. On the occasion that the customer is not available to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card at the customer's address which states the date and time of the attempted delivery and a contact telephone number of the local depot where the parcel is being kept. The parcel will be kept at the local depot for a further five (5) days from the date of the first delivery attempt, during these five days the customer can contact the depot to arrange for collection of the parcel from the local depot. Alternatively the customer can liaise with the courier company and arrange for the parcel to be delivered for a second attempt at a date and time that is convenient to the customer. However if the customer doesn't contact the depot within five working days of the first delivery attempt the parcel will be sent back to Rajani's postal address. Rajani's have the right to charge the customer a second delivery charge if the customer would like the parcel delivered again.

We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for the marketing of Rajani Superstores. However we may employ third party companies, through the use of web analysis tools, to analyse data for the sole benefit of Rajani Superstores to provide an improved and personal service to our customers for example through the use of Google analytics. You have the right to information about your stored personal data and the right to correct, block or request deletion of that data.

Keeping In Touch With You

Rajani Superstores may also use your details to send you further information on Rajani's Products, to keep you up to date on goods and services, new collections and promotional offers you may be interested in or for research purposes. If you prefer not to receive such information or be a part of such research at any time, please e-mail us at hi@rajanis.co.uk quoting your full name, address and postcode. Alternatively you can write to us at our head office at Rajani Superstores Ltd, Maggs Lane, Fishponds trading estate, Bristol, BS5 7EW. If you have registered to receive email newsletters regarding the website, you can remove your email address from the list at any time by using the links in the emails that are sent to you.

The information we collect and how we use it

To process your order, we require your name, email address, correspondence address and contact telephone numbers. We gather this information in order to process your order, provide you with the goods that you have requested and if any queries arise we have the relevant information needed to make contact with you. It is important to Rajani's that we are able to improve the level of service that we deliver to our customers and therefore from time to time we employ carefully selected third party agencies that gather our customers information for research purposes. We or the third party companies that we employ may require to make contact with you to ascertain information required to process your order, respond to an enquiry, gain your feedback on the level of service you received. At the point of contact we will inform you the reason for our contact.


We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.

Returns

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you have decided to return a product that you purchased from Rajani's then under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return your order within ten working days from the day you received the product. It is imperative that you take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession and the products must be returned to us not used and in the same condition that you received the products with your proof of purchase. 


Returns - Resends - Refunds


Rajani's kindly request that the customer sends in two digital photos of their damaged item before a refund or replacement is actioned to hi@rajanis.co.uk

A FREE RETURNS LABEL is available to you by emailing us directly at hi@rajanis.co.uk

Please note if it isn't convenient to return the item back to Rajanis such as broken glass then please email us two digital photos of the damaged item at hi@rajanis.co.uk

We will require your order id from the top left hand side of this invoice in the subject line of your email and please confirm whether you would like a Returns Label, Resend or Refund. All refunds are processed within ten working days of receiving your email.

You can exercise your right to cancel by writing to us at hi@rajanis.co.uk

We will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method please be aware that it can take up to ten (10) working days to refund payment to you.


Customers can return their item in the superstore at BS5 7EW at the internet office and will be asked to bring a copy of their invoice with identification.
