At MAXIMUM CELLULAR we want our customers to be fully aware of
what they are buying. We have tremendous buying power and purchase thousands of
phones & accessories at a time. We generally deal in high volume
sales to large dealers or wholesalers but are now allowing the general public
to get in on the action. That is the reason we have created very specific
condition ratings for our mobile devices.
PLEASE NOTE: We
include only stock images of our products unless otherwise stated. Because we
usually have dozens of Mobile Accessories of the same condition and quality we
have not identified the exact one you will receive prior to your purchase. You
can purchase with confidence that the Mobile Accessories you receive will meet
with the Quality & Condition Rating specified in the listing.
Unless otherwise noted we test
everything we sell and stand behind our Warranty products 100%. We will always
do our best to ensure your satisfaction. In return all we ask that is that you
read our policies carefully and contact us before leaving any negative
feedback. If you are not happy please give us the opportunity to make things
right! Please read of WARRANTY policy before making your purchase. The reason
we can offer such incredible pricing is because we deal in high volume sales
and purchases. We are not a retail store and as such have to operate a little
differently to ensure customer satisfaction for all our customers.
TESTED WORKING CONDITION
Our
national buying power allows us to purchase overstock inventory directly from
the carriers. Our ability to buy in bulk allows us to offer our customers the
MAXIMUM deal in cellular! These Mobile Accessories show minimal signs of use
work as expected.
We ship within 1 business
day but are closed weekends / holidays. Orders received Friday usually ship
Monday. We stand behind our products, please contact us if you have any
problems. These are stock photos.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made within 3-business days.
Immediate payment is required for all Buy It Now listings.
If payment is not made within 7 business days then we
will relist the auction and file a NON payment dispute with E-bay.
We will only ship to addresses that
are confirmed with Paypal. If your address is not confirmed, we will not ship
the product and your money will be refunded. There will be no exceptions.
SHIPPING
All Mobile Accessories listed
with FREE shipping will get FREE shipping via USPS. In some cases due to
the extremely low Purchase Price and Free Shipping we cannot add afford to
include tracking on the shipment.
There is a 1 business day
handling time on all items and generally ship the following business day. For
example, except when a holiday occurs, if you purchased your item on Thursday,
it will ship Friday. If you purchase an item on Friday, it will not ship until
Monday. A holiday on Monday or Friday will add an additional shipping day.
We ship USPS mail. You will
usually receive your Mobile Accessories within 3 - 7 business days after it is shipped.
If you are requesting 2 day
or Priority shipping, the item must be paid for by 10am EST the same day or it will
ship the next business day.
If tracking is included Ebay
will email a tracking # automatically once the item has shipped. We will only
ship to addresses that are confirmed with Paypal. If your address is not
confirmed, we will not ship the product and your money will be refunded. There
will be no exceptions.
FEEDBACK
We

Buyers. Once we receive your positive feedback for us, we will send you a
positive feedback.
We
understand the impact that negative/neutral feedback has on eBay. We ask

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
While our buying power allows
us to offer great pricing it is important that buyers understand we are not a
retail store. Our Return and Warranty policies are very specific and necessary simply because of the
volume of inventory flowing through our warehouse on a daily basis. We include
a 14 day WARRANTY on all of our NEW CONDITION Mobile Accessories unless wise
listed. The Warranty applies to defects ONLY - see return policy before you
buy.
Before you make a purchase we
want to make you aware of everything you need to know. If you have any

PLEASE NOTE: We include only stock images of our

While returns are not a common
occurrence at MAXIMUM CELLULAR we understand things do happen. To make
sure that your return order is processed in a timely and effective manner
please review our Return Policy.
Making a Return:
1. Please
contact us if you need to return a product.
2. All
sales are FINAL unless the product is DEFECTIVE. (explained in more detail
below). Defective items can be returned at NO
COST to the buyer.
3. Returns
must be authorized PRIOR to shipment back to us. We prefer that return
communications take place using the Ebay messaging system.
4. MAXIMUM CELLULAR will issue an RMA number for your return.
Returns will NOT be accepted unless an RMA number has been
issued.
5. In
cases where we request a Mobile Accessories be returned you must include a
short note stating what is wrong with the Mobile Accessories, and what you
would like to do with it. Return or Exchange it. With our volume this protects
you and helps ensure a quick turnaround.
6. Items MUST be returned in same condition as received
and include ALL the accessories that were sent.
7. Please
write the RMA number on the outside of the return package
8. You MUST contact us before the 14 Day Warranty (if
applicable) expires.
Reasons for which MAXIMUM CELLULAR does NOT accept returns.
We DO NOT accept returns in these cases:
Ø The buyer orders
the wrong Mobile Accessories or does not like the color, form, shape, etc so
please choose your selection carefully.
Ø Physical
abuse and/or liquid damage. This damage voids ALL Warranties.
Ø Exchanges will be
provided based on availability of merchandise. Usually inventory is not a
problem but we must reserve the right to substitute a refund in lieu of
exchange if a suitable replacement is not available.
