If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund. Contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be marked clearly on the front of the package. Returns are to be made within three days after the reception of the Return Merchandise Authorization number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send us the tracking number once you ship the item back to Brussels Diamonds. Returns of custom designed items will not be accepted. If tags are removed return will be invalid. If the item is not in the same condition as you have received it, return will not be accepted. Items returned without certification will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.
