This is ICM CONTROLS ICM290A Intermittent Pilot Ignition Control Module used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in working condition. This part was checked for proper work by professional HVAC installer before was removed. 

This part is in very good cosmetic condition.  Please see more details from the images attached.
