To activate the SIM card:
1) Self activate through Optus online activation portal.

2) or, call Optus hotline (toll free) to get assisted activation.


Payment:
-We accept PayPal only. This ensures your complete protection and also allows us to track your order quicker and give you a better faster service.

-PayPal eCheque: Only once PayPal have notified us that your eCheque has been cleared, we will dispatch the item/items.

-If you have any special requests, please leave note in PayPal when making the payment.


Postage and Handling:

-Express Postage - $8.95

-Items are posted Australia wide using Australia Post.

-Items are posted to the buyer's PayPal address, so please ensure that those details are correct before making payment.

-We are currently do not offer international delivery.

-Delivery usually takes between 2 - 5 business days. WA deliveries can sometimes take longer. However, please keep in mind that at times there may be an unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which is something over which we have no control.

-Sorry, pick up is not available as it has proven very difficult to coordinate.


Warranty Issue:
All items covered by 30 days Return or Refund warranty. Items must not be returned by the following reasons:
-Damaged both intentionally and unintentionally.

-Failure of modifications.
