After payment, item will be shipped between 1 to 8 business days. I try to reuse shipping materials, use other boxes, and limit plastic usage in place of getting new shipping materials and plastic products as a more eco-friendly way of shipping whenever possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to covid and challenges at shipping warehouses and customs, please be patient with your package and expect delays in delivery. Expect deliveries to be 3x slower than usual. Please opt for tracked shipping if you are worried about your package getting lost. Currently untracked shipping is unavailable for items over $30 CAD unless requested. Returns and refunds are NOT accepted so consider a tracked shipping method if you are worried about an item getting lost.

I will try my best to help in the case of a package not arriving after 3 months, but I will not be accepting refunds for lost shipments or returns on products. Also, without tracked shipping, there is not much I can do once the package leaves my hand. With tracking, the most I can do is ask for an update directly from the post service.
