Features many of the famous baseball players such as Willie Mays, Johnny Logan, Wes Covington, Vic Wertz, Hank Thompson, Chico Fernandes, Roy Campanella, Don Zimmer, John Romano, Bobby Richardson, Mickey Mantle, and Roger Maris and more!

Hardcover book with good-looking , bright, vintage orange cover. Features a cool cover illustration of baseball player batting in white uniform w/blue cap, socks, cleats, and sleeves. Surrounded by sketches of players in action pitching, catching, winding up, slicing into base, and catching.

I used this book as a part of my sons baseball-themed bedroom as he was growing up. I can’t say that he read it but it was surrounded by baseballs, gloves, and collected baseball cards & figurines. The cover added a bright yet vintage punch of color to his navy & brown/tan bedroom.

I never wanted to cut from it but as it’s not terribly rare it may be an option if someone wanted to cut out the beautiful illustrations/sketches or old photos and have them framed as part of the baseball decor to enjoy. That would look cool too.

Please see all photos. ALL photos of book are the actual book you will receive. The baseball is just a prop and not part of the sale. Book does show wear consistent with age. Still nice to look at.
