Can I Return a Custom Product?All of our custom printed orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from the seven day. cooling off period. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed before 1pm next working day) is also available and is priced at ?6.99 per order.

International Shipping

We offer competitive international shipping rates for our international customers. All orders outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For (EMS), which is a recorded service requiring a signature on delivery.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days from the day you receive it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing by email & quoting your order details.

Any delivery costs are only refundable on items returned which are faulty. If you have changed your mind, delivery costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
