Can I Return a Custom Product?
All of our custom printed orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from the seven day. cooling off period. Our Returns Policy does not apply to goods specially made to you order customised or personalised to your requirements unless the goods are defective or have been damaged in transit.

Payments


Preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. An unpaid item report will be filed if payment is not received by the 7th day.   

Shipping Terms

All our orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, either same day, on by next working day.


UK Shipping
            

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Free postage is via Royal Mail 48 hours fully tracked and signed service. Delivery is normally within 2 working days. You can choose to upgrade to faster delivery if your order is urgent at an additional cost. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed before 1pm next working day) is also available and is priced at ?6.99 per order. 


International Shipping
                   

We offer competitive international shipping rates for our international customers. All orders outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For (EMS), which is a recorded service requiring a signature on delivery.



Return Policy


You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days from the day you receive it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing by email & quoting your order details.   

           Any delivery costs are only refundable on items returned which are faulty. If you have changed your mind, delivery costs are unfortunately non-refundable. 
   
                 You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession; they must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. You as the customer would be responsible for return shipping costs. We would advise using a tracked/insured shipping service. .
