This is for a genuine 2-wire Bosch O2 sensor, part number F00HL00092. If you are not sure of the application you will need to pull your sensor and examine the markings on it. If the information on the side of your sensor is visible from where it is then try using your phone to zoom in to take photo.
Regarding the sensor tip this is just the modern style. The original version used dot sized holes. They all sense the same.
12105 vs 12108. Often the difference between part numbers like these has to do with the length of the wire. Both will fit. One just has a bit longer wire.
