Please note this is a kerbside pallet delivery so you will need to make sure you have help on site to get it into the building. When you receive the delivery please check immediately for any delivery damage and report to the driver. Return is acceptable within 1 week after you received the goods, but the goods must be in the box and is in resale condition. I will arrange courier service to collect the item from your house, you will need a printer to print the label sent from me.
Return policy for damaged goods:
We pay all the costs, you have a full refund. But you need provide couple of pictures required by me
Return policy for non-working items:
I will test the item after the item was returned, if it is not working, I will pay all the delivery costs, you have a full refund.
But if the item is working well and it is your responsability to pay all delivery costs, I only refund you the goods price minus delivery charge, for new item, we will charge you 20% extra goods price as the goods category is down to customer return.
You will need to write down the product serial number before collection date.
