Varillight Switches like all our products are designed to meet the latest European Safety Legislation. They are suitable for controlling both mains and low voltage lighting in 1-way or 2-way circuits and are rated at 10 amps.

If the lights are controlled by three switches, then one of the switches in the circuit must be an Intermediate Switch with four terminals enabling you to link all three switches together, the other two switches must be 2-way.

We work closely with our suppliers and are premium resellers of Varilight, Swan, BG Electrical & Excel. All products come supplied with full manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event that we do not have an item in stock or have a problem dispatching your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone advising an estimated time of arrival on your order.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders delivered within the UK mainland. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This can take up to 2-3 working days. We also offer Guaranteed Next Day delivery via Royal Mail by 1pm, you can select this option at checkout for just an extra £5.99. There is also a collection service if you prefer to collect. However, all visits to the office/warehouse must be pre-arranged so we can ensure we have the products you require in stock.

Warranty

We provide full manufacturer’s warranty on all products we supply. The length of the warranty depends on the brand you purchase. Please keep your order confirmation email receipt, this acts as your warranty.

Returning Unwanted Products:

We highly value our customers and aim to provide the best possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it, we offer a 14-day full refund period except for made to order purchases. On receipt of the returned items, a full refund will be issued if our return policy is followed. Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is visibly damaged, we will require a photo of the damage. If there is a fault with the item, we will require an explanation of the fault.

All returns (for refund or exchange) must be pre-arranged with Switch Socket and Supplies.

Returns Policy:

We have been notified via email within 14 days of receipt. Any Accessories /parts in sealed bags remain so. The item is returned in a re-saleable condition, unmarked and unopened. Please include full name & order number with your return including the reason for returning the item/s and if you would like an exchange or refund on receipt.
