Production, harvest and drying processes are 100% Natural. With a rather bitter flavor, combined with nuances of nuts and wood and a texture that is rough and creamy. Its characteristic may make it unattractive for finer tastes and ideal for the preparation of espresso coffees, with a strong acidity and some sweetness. This coffee is grown and harvested 1,050 to 1,950 meters above sea level; the predominant variety of Arabica coffee.
