We use Auspost and Sendle, please allow for some delay due to covid or severe weather condition in your local area.

Personalised items are not suitable for return, please measure your pet accurately with two fingers space for comfort. If you bought a wrong size, please talk to us.

Non-personalised in resalable condition can be returned, please contact our store for more details.

PU leather: Please keep it dry as much as you can, and take it off after use. Some of the PU leather collars are not suitable as a daily collar. Please take notice of the tear and wear.
