Lot of 5 DT Research DT366 Tablet PC with power supply included (12V 3.5A). It comes with Windows CE software . You can modify it to other OS such as Windows or Linux but you do need know what you're doing.

It has AMD Geode GX 533 CPU, 8.4" touch screen, 256M ram, 512M flash drive, 802.11b wifi + Bluetooth, 1 USB port, 1 PCMCIA slot(occupied by CISCO Aironet 350 wifi card), 1 compact flash slot(free).
