Unusual, Vintage ornate brass candelabra containing 5 candle holders

The structure is 13.5 wide and x11.5 ins high.

Etching on middle bass decorative panel is in floral style.

I am unable to find out about when, where and who manufactured it. It does have some age.

So if you know please let me know.
