All orders ship Free via UPS Ground. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day from Southern California.

We can accept a return within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit.

The device must be packaged the same way it was initially received with all originally included items. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been disassembled, modified, or mishandled.

How many battery cycles does this device have?

Exact battery cycles will vary but all devices will have a battery health of 80% or higher.

Can you send me the serial number of a device?

Yes. After you receive shipping confirmation, send us a message and we can provide you the serial number at that time.

Can I see pictures of the exact device I will receive?

No. We have large quantities of devices in stock at any given time, providing pictures of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.
