TBA641 hat 2,2W(9V), sehr niedrigen Ruhestrom und hohe Eingangsimpedanz. Mit speziellen Bügel in verschiedenen Geräten eingesetzt (UHER Report Tonband, Braun Projektoren, Anrufbeantworter etc.). DAS IC TBA641BX1 ist nichts anderes als ein TBA641A12 mit aufgebrachten Kühlkörper und anders geformten Beinchen/Pins. Der Kühlkörper kann abgeschnitten werden, wenn vom Platz her es notwendig ist. Die Beinchen/Pins können kann man vorsichtig in die TBA641A12-Version zurück biegen.
The TBA641B is a monolithic integrated circuit particularly designed for use as audio power amplifier in radio and television receivers, and in industrial applications which require high output power, low distortion and high reliability performance. THE TBA641BX1 is only one TBA641A12 with a heat sink and a lead forming (split DIP), therefore is it possible to prepare the TBA641BX1 to use it instead of TBA641A12.
