In this listing, you'll be getting a new sealed copy of issue #92 (January 2009) of XBox Magazine, which includes a video game demo disc.  The exterior packaging is a little rough from being in storage, but the magazine and disc inside looks to be in great shape. This appears to have been an issue from a subscription, and since the information/adress listed isn't mine, I'm covering it up for the listing.
