The Airoh Aviator 3 is a great offroad helmet by Airoh for Motocross/Enduro riders. These helmets are specially designed to give you the best experience when causing havoc in the dirt. Offroad helmets feature a larger eyeport to accomodate a pair of MX goggles. They also have a large peak to block sunlight and protect you from roost or low hanging branches and the roomy chin piece offers more ventilation. Constructed from Carbon, this Grey Aviator 3 offers the advantage of a very lightweight construction and superior distribution of energy upon impact. Plus it looks cool! The chinstrap is an important part of the helmet’s effectiveness in a crash and It is also the part that you interact with the most when putting on and taking off the helmet. The Aviator 3 features a Double-D buckle. This is probably the oldest style buckle and has the simplest design. Yet it is considered to be the safest to date and Double-D chin straps are the only ones allowed on the racetrack. Of course all of our helmets are certified and road legal for European roads as this helmet is ECE 22.06 approved. This safety rating is also road legal in many other countries like Australia and Canada.
Besides safety, comfort is key to any good helmet, this Aviator 3 features a ventilation system with which keeps you fresh and cool. In addition the helmet is fitted with a Airoh Magnetic Lining System, AMS2, Emergency release cheek pads, Moisture wicking, Removable, Washable interior. The Carbon shell makes the helmet weigh 1400g and our customers rate this helmet to have an Intermediate fit.
