A Vintage Cat and Dog Planter/Ashtray in Porcelain.  Marked Japan and Sticker on the Bottom States 1942.  Measures Approximately 3 1/4" Tall.  Crudely Painted.

Good Condition.  Under the Dog's Leg Not Sure If It's a Chip or Manufactured as Such.  A Few Surface Cracks in the Bottom.
