Imitates a hares distress call and a mouse to attract foxes.

The mouse call is often used only when you can see the fox or you know it was it. Put the pipe to your mouth like you would a empty bottle trying to make a sound. Then blow the following sequence with irregular pauses in between.

"fi-fi-fi-fi-fi-fi-fi-fi"

To use the hares distress call form a cupped hand around the top of the pipe to muffle the sound a bit when using. Blow into the pipe to produce a "kue" sound. Repeat the sound in the following order to imitate the hares distress call. "Kue-kue-kue-kue-kue." Kue-kue-kue.

Never use the calls too much, the fox is very careful and cautious when approaching prey and can easily be spooked by sounds or calls it perceives as "unnatural" (ie wait up to 15 minutes between call sequences).
