Warnings - Our stoves get very hot, ensure children and pets are supervised at all times when units are in use. Due to their excellent heat output, care must be taken at all times. Our office is manned 5 days a week and emails are checked periodically over the weekends. Delivery Service
We are committed to your satisfaction, we inspect every item prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches our own high standard of quality, and that you receive the item as described. We normally dispatch items within 1 working day after cleared payments (Unless otherwise stated) Dispatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 2 business days after dispatch. When applicable, we will provide you via email any online tracking available and an indication of what day you can expect your delivery, this of course is subject to the delivery companies services of which we have no control over, hence no guarantees are implied. Our courier has a 97% delivery on time success rate, with the remainder generally arriving the following day. In the real world, this is an excellent achievement, however should something go awry, we are only an email away from assisting in its tracking. To keep the price YOU pay to a minimum, we use one man delivery companies to deliver your orders. generally, they should arrive in an appropriate vehicle and will normally delivery to your front door or lobby of apartments & flats, but on occasion the driver may still require some assistance moving an item. This can sometimes be achieved by removing components from the packaging to reduce some of the weight however. If you do require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself Our packaging and postage charges reflect the cost of packaging materials and the costs of our time preparing your item for dispatch and reasonable delivery costs. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for clearance if you are paying by Echeque. On processing your order, we will email the email address you have provided a "Dispatch Notification" which will show, when applicable, online tracking through our carriers web site indicating your expected delivery day and also information on how to receive your order. Deliveries normally take place weekdays, between 8.30am and 6.00pm. A Saturday delivery service is available for some of our items, at a premium. Please note that the delivery company driver will require a signature unless you have provided clear written instructions for where the products are to be left if no one is at home. Warranty support is normally provided as supply of replacement parts at no cost, plus detailed & individual advice as necessary. Warranty covers faulty operation & failures during NORMAL USE ONLY with the exception of consumable parts. Failures & damage due to incorrect use, installation or other causes are not covered under warranty, but most parts are stocked & can be purchased at very reasonable prices. We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use prior to bidding / purchasing. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Returns
We take great pride in our individual customer service and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases from ourselves, you may of course cancel / return your order for any reason within 14 working days of your order being delivered. You have 14 days from cancellation to return the item to us. We will refund your money within 7 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, un-used, in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Orders are collected on this website to be shipped asap hence, if goods have been dispatched prior to your cancellation, we cannot reimburse any of the delivery/collection costs.
