This is a factory close-out and does not come with a box or warranty. It is a blem, with 4 X's on blade, denoting some cosmetic blemish found at the factory, but is in excellent mechanical working order. Usually the flaw is too small to notice. Kershaw will send any small parts for self-install. This buy is exceptionally clean .
