My shilajit is from Jumla-Humla-Dolpa Nepal

I buy directly from shilajit collecter and I Purify them by my self.

How Unpurified shilajit looks like-

Unpurified shilajit will be hard as a rock and it is 

mix with sand-dust-mud tiny rock dry leaf or dry grass.

How i purify the shilajit-

first, I will start breaking the unpurified shilajit into small pieces and 

soaked them in the water for 24 hours to 36 hours in the fridge.

once the shilajit completely melt in the water then I will separate the tiny rock-sand-dry leaf and dry grass.

this is the beginning of the purification process. once I have separate sand-tiny rock dry grass.

now is the time to separate the mud from the shilajit. separating the mud can take a long time.

Finally, sundry Shilajit will be ready.

How is the test of Shilajit-

Shilajit has very much bitter test. To reduce the bitter test it can be mix in

 the warm water or warm milk or room temperature fruits juice.

How much shilajit to take per day-

Shilajit can be taken at any time a day after some food is eaten.

the doses of shilajit are 200mg to 500mg per day.

How long I should take shilajit-

Shilajit can be taken all your life. three months regular and one month break
