The film was inspired by the touching story of an extraordinary man who hid his greatest secret from the world for years. In the main role Andrzej Chyra - three-time winner of the award for the best actor of the Gdynia festival ("Dług", "Bailiff", "In the name of ...").

 

Kacper (Andrzej Chyra), a history teacher from high school adored by his students, begins to lose his eyesight. The medical diagnosis leaves no illusions. Due to a genetic defect, the man is at risk of permanent blindness. Devastated at first, he eventually decides to hide his health problems from the world in order to bring his class to the final exams. The only confidant of a teacher's secret is his friend Wiktor (Arkadiusz Jakubik). Kacper, struggling with the new situation and new challenges, establishes a close friendship with his friend from work (Urszula Grabowska) and tries to help the rebellious student, Clara, who hides her own secret.

The excellent cast - along with Andrzej Chyra, Arkadiusz Jakubik and Urszula Grabowska - Dorota Kolak, Wojciech Pszoniak, Eliza Rycembel and Tomasz Ziętek.
