This item is in perfect condition. All items included are free from defect, and comes from a smoke-free environment.

The only reason it is unsealed is, when I bought it, I did not realize it did not have a disc included, until I opened it, then realized it was Download Only.

The only time the item has been opened, was to take the pictures included in this post.

There is NO DISC included with this purchase, only the code, and the items listed above, as shown in the pics provided.
