White Willow Bark Salix alba Tea 

The name of White Willow Salix alba L derives from the white tone to the undersides of the leaves. The tree is also known as Sandbar Willow, Narrow Leaf Willow, Dusky Willow, Gray Willow. White Willow Bark is derived from the bark of the white willow tree and has been in use for nearly 5000 years.

To make a tea, 1-2 tsp of White Willow Bark pour with 250ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain the infusion
