Thick foam padding to protect the cd's. Hand grip at back end to carry with. Measures 6 1/2 X 6 1/4 X 2 inches. Inside is 24 sleeves which holds disc on one side and cd paper insert on the other side. You get everything in your packaging but the plastic jewel case. In very good condition with no rips or tears.
