Custom Printed Cake Toppers

Toppers are available in a variety of sizes, choose from the options above.

Please send your image through eBay messaging once you have placed your order, you cannot do this on the checkout screen.

Once you have placed your order select "Contact Buyer" and then send us a message and add your image using the "Add Photos" button.

If you need to send by email then the address can be found in the "Business Seller" information at the very bottom of this listing description.

We are able to print any reasonable quality image. Please send the original image at its full resolution, not a screenshot. Please do NOT reduce the resolution of your image prior to sending. If we are unable to use your image for any reason, we will get in touch before printing to discuss options.

If you need your image to be printed at a specific size on the sheet then please include the required size when sending the image.

If you do not include a size then we will assume that the image is to be printed as large as possible within the printable area of the sheet, whilst retaining the original proportions of the image.

All of our printed toppers are printed at high definition using printers that have only been used with edible inks. Whilst we try to match colours accurately, this is not also possible and there may be some deviation in the colours produced using edible inks on icing compared to the colours on your screen.

Cupcake Toppers

Icing Cupcake Toppers come as a sheet of 15 toppers of 2" diameter and they are pre-cut.

Rice Paper cupcake toppers are NOT Pre-cut. They are available as a sheet of 15 toppers at 2" diameter or 30 toppers at 1.5" diameter.

We can print UP TO 5 different images on a sheet of cupcake toppers.

We do NOT add text to cupcake toppers due to their size.

Icing Sheets

We use the highest quality icing sheets which simply peel from the backing sheet.

Cupcake, Square (up to 8") and 8" Round Icing toppers are pre-cut.

Costco Sheet Cake toppers are printed onto an A3 sheet at 34cm x 24cm this allows for the 2.5cm piping around the edge of the 40cm x 30cm cake.

Rice Paper Toppers

Rice paper toppers are NOT PRE-CUT.

These are printed on Rice/Wafer Paper ready for you to cut out and use, simply cut out with a pair of dry scissors.
To get the best results place on white icing as the paper is slightly transparent. Wait for the icing to dry and mist with a small amount of water to stick the image down. Do not use too much water as they absorb water and may crinkle.

ICING SHEETS – Modified Starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerol, sugar, water, thickeners (E460i, E414, E415), dextrose, food colour (E171), Emulsifiers (E435, E491, E471), preservative (E202), citric acid (E330), artificial flavour.
RICE PAPER - Potato Starch, Water and Vegetable Oil
INKS - Water, Glycerin & Food colourings.

Shipping

Where possible, orders received (including suitable images) BEFORE 10am (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day. We offer free Royal Mail 1st Class Postage on all printed toppers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. Delivery dates shown for this service are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed. Alternative shipping methods including guaranteed Next Working Day are available at checkout.

Please ensure that you order in plenty of time to allow for Royal Mail Postage. If your require an item for a specific date, please ensure you have chosen the correct delivery service. We will not refund items which arrive late due to Royal Mail.
Only Special Delivery is a guaranteed service.

Payment

Payment should be made when placing your order, if no payment is received within 7 days and no contact has been made a non payment dispute will be opened. Please contact us if your payment will be delayed. We combine invoices and reduce shipping on multiple purchases (except where free shipping is already included) please do not check out or pay until you have received a combined invoice as combined invoices cannot be provided if items have already been checked out individually, if you are unsure how to do this please ask before checking out.

We are sure that any problems can be resolved, whilst every effort is taken to avoid mistakes, we appreciate that they do sometimes occur. These items are extremely delicate and every effort is made to protect them in the packing stage. Due to food hygiene regulations, returns on edible items cannot be accepted.
