The kit is now fully IP68 rated, the lights, the connections and even the transformer is IP68 rated for use outside.

We take great care packing every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays).

All goods are despatched with Auspost.


Delivery Information

We can only ship to an address registered with eBay. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date.

All deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and all deliveries require a signature. If no one is home at the time of their call, the driver will leave a card. 

Returns

We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. Items can be returned after 30 days. All items being returned must be boxed, as new and fit for resale.

All returns require a returns authorisation number. Please message us for this number via eBay messages prior to sending your item(s) back. We cannot accept any returns without this number.

Goods returned must be in their original packaging and complete.

Warranty

All our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of order.

The warranty is deemed void if goods are not installed in accordance with the instructions or damaged during installation. The warranty would also be deemed void if the goods have been damaged by use of the product not intended for the purpose or mistreated in a way as to bring a fault about.
