Fair/poor driver quality 1957 Pontiac Headlight fender extension/trim ring. Part #5947744.  Has condition issues - paint loss, corrosion, pitting, dents, dings, scratches - but main issue is the bottom has a good sized crack and will need to be repaired. Could be repaired and restored, especially if you would rather have official GM parts instead of repops.
