General Philosophy & Background: The items I am posting to ebay are largely items pulled from ‘the basement’ or ‘the garage’ – interesting vintage/estate items that were too nice to trash or give to a rummage sale. I want/hope they find new homes with appreciative owners/collectors. While I know something about a number of areas of collectibles I am a ‘generalist’ and by no means an ‘expert’ in books, silver, ceramics, comic books and so forth. So while I try to describe them in some detail and provide representative photos you will not see them with specific condition grades. Photos are always of the actual item offered in the auction. Most of these items are used, vintage, so some wear is to be expected. Again, if I can detect any specific damage or repairs I will note them; my tendency is to emphasize negative condition issues. If you are a successful bidder and believe that the item is not as represented, let me know within 14 days, I will take it back and refund your money.

Payment: PayPal is preferred (payment must clear before the item will be shipped). Payment is expected within 5 days. Please email me with any questions. Shipping: I prefer using the US Postal System - Priority Mail or Media Mail on books. See item description for calculating cost. Multiple purchases may be shipped together for savings. For very small or light-weight items (or very heavy), non-priority may be investigated as alternatives. International shipping only with prior approval. (I do not view/establish packing and shipping as my ‘profit center’. Most of the time I will ‘recycle’ boxes and packing material so that the cost of packing can be $1-3 – and the postage will be a pass thru cost (i.e., determined by the weight and distance). If an item is considered to be of great value or particularly fragile, the cost of insurance can be added as well (responsibility of the purchaser).

International Shipping:  the standard is Priority; in some cases small and light items can ship 1st Class at a saving.  Please inquire.
