I am a private seller and every listing is genuine and is due to decluttering from an old business life. Item is brand new and in/with original sealed packaging although some packaging maybe missing or showing signs of being in storage. Item inside will be intact and untouched. Items are checked before posting and we would definitely not sell anything we wouldn't want to receive ourselves.
I'd prefer not to accept returns, but if an order arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description or you receive the wrong item, you can return it under ebay regulations. Please contact me via the ebay message system straight away(within1 day of arrival) and we can discuss the number of different options what to do next, that we will both be happy with.

If you are purchasing multiple items and you haven't already benefited from a postage discount, you can select Request Total near the top of the page/shopping basket. If you are using the app this wont appear but if you can go to the desktop site it should appear. I can then send you an invoice with the new combined costs. I'm happy to arrange postage at cost which I can't always accomodate in the postage settings.
I'll normally post as soon as I can after payment has been made and mostly send Royal Mail 2nd class. Bear in mind that the current industrial action will have an effect on postage and delivery times. I always obtain proof of postage for all items sent.
