Lot is for the sealed mini comic reprint of Amazing Spider Man #6, featuring the first appearance of the villain the LIZARD.  This reprint edition was sealed with the bonus DVD distributed by Wal-Mart surrounding the 2012 release of the Amazing Spider Man film.    This is new and sealed, and the corners look excellent, there are no creases, and the item could grade pretty high.  See photos.
