Free Shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class - Time should be 2-3 days but please be aware that at certain times Royal Mail 2nd Class can incur much longer delays. We can also Ship using DHL Next Day Delivery or 1st Class Royal Mail
We Will usually dispatch within same working day if paid before 14:00 GMT (excludes weekends and holidays). Expected dispatch time may vary and is based on seller's order cut-off time.

There is a 30 day cancellation period starting the day you receive your goods.
Your goods must be returned within 14 days after you notify us in writing that you would like to return the item/s.
When we are notified, we will provide you with a returns reference, this must be quoted with the return along with the order number.
The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the return postage is at our expense, then this amount will be deducted from the refund if the return is accepted.
HCL recommends using a tracked/courier delivery service, the goods are the customers responsibility until they reach HCL, we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns are processed as quickly as possible, if the customers return is accepted then they will be notified in writing. The refund will then be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. The refund agreed will be transferred to the payment method used to purchase the goods. No refund for cost of delivery upgrades or postage and packaging fees for part returns.
