GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please request a return authorization through eBay.  We accept returns for 30 days for all items, except saddles.

SADDLE RETURN POLICY

We allow 7 days from day of receipt to ensure the saddle fits you and your horse.  We will accept returns requested within 7 days.  Saddle must be in brand new, clean condition and buyer pays return shipping.  Refunds will be issued promptly upon inspection of the returned saddle.

h Fast Shipping!  Every item listed in our eBay store is in stock in our physical store.  Orders placed before 4 pm EST on business days typically ship SAME day, otherwise shipping occurs on the next business day.  

Troyer's welcomes International Sales for all areas supported by the eBay Global Shipping Program. Shipping and export charges for International orders are calculated automatically by eBay. 

*On rare occasions, an item sells in our physical store on the same day it is ordered online.  We do our best to prevent selling out of stock items and will always work with you to provide a solution if/when it happens.
