Freeport Fashions Vintage 1970s dress in a navy blue polyester knit. Lace ruffle collar with bib front and ruffled edge. Subtle bishop sleeves with puff shoulders and lace ruffle elasticized cuffs. Flattering cut with a fitted bodice and flared skirt. Has long ties attached at high waist that can wrap around and tie at front but are shown tied in front. Closes with a metal back zipper. No size tag but seems best for an XS/S although please check below for best fit.        Bust 34'' Waist 26'' Hips 40'' Length 54'' Shoulder to Shoulder 14'' Sleeve Length 23'' zipper is missing a tooth although it zips up and down just fine
