This is in lovely used working condition, beautiful design, I think it is stainless steel, the handle is painted wood , some of the paint is chipped etc as can be expected from an item of this age , unbelievable that this is still working, Very desirable design would make a great display item in a hair salon etc, or maybe a tv prop, please see photos for details and condition, thanks for viewing
