Canvas Refunds and Exchanges
Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. Pictures must accompany the report, no exceptions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are no refunds on all canvas orders, only replacements if provided with proof of damage upon arrival.
**International buyers: Your artwork will ship via USPS International Ground. Delivery ranges from 2-6 weeks, possibly longer depending on customs. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.
