This ad is in good condition, although there could be some darkening of the paper which is understandable due to its age! Could also be slightly rough around the edges, just from normal handling, if there are any flaws, it's mild and if you are planning to have the ad framed it shouldn't be visible at all!! All paper (unless archival paper) darkens with age due to oxidation which can also cause a very slight musty "old book" smell.
