All listings have same day dispatch if the order is placedbefore 11:00am, Monday-Friday (unless otherwise stated in the listing i.e.custom works, special orders or personalised items)

Opening hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.

For purchases in the UK but off the mainland i.e. Jersey,Guernsey, Highlands etc. Postage remains free if the default postage option isa Royal Mail service. Should the postage option be another courier thenadditional postage fees will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your ebayorder. Any errors in the information held by ebay or PayPal is beyond our control,and we cannot offer any refunds or replacements due to items being sent to theincorrect address on these services.

We will take every reasonable step to deliver your order toyou within a reasonable time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delayscaused by circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weatherconditions).

You will become the legal owner of the products you haveordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the Products have beendelivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we shall not be liablefor their loss or destruction.

Returns

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item orderedand you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of yourdecision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the costof the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'asnew' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via youroriginal payment method.

Faulty goods on arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us assoon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging,when possible, with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified thefault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your originalpayment method.

Damaged in transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you reportit to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or arefunded issued via your original payment method.

Faulty items warranty period

If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warrantyperiod it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repairor exchange of goods will be issued.

• Returns take approximately 1-5 business days to process uponreceipt of the item.
• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of itemsduring their return.
• Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returningthe item unless the issue is our fault in which case, we will cover the costs.
