The porcelain is early it has inconsistencies that evidence that it is 18 th century and hand painted.the mark is not decipherable, but I will show it. Should you know any thing not mentioned please pass your knowledge on. There is a mound shaped inconsistency in middle of plate which I have tried to show in photographs with finger. There are specks in porcelain on the back As shown. The back stamp is unclear.
