 7. Do you do Partial refund?

   Under any circumstances we do not do any kind of partial refunds. You can return the device within the 30-days return policy.

8.What are your Shipping Guidelines?

a. We use USPS (United States Postal Service).

b. We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines).

c. PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number, please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive.

d. Due to issues with USPS, we strongly discourage combined shipping if the value of the box would be greater than $750. We reserve the right to not combine shipments for any reason, even if the purchase is completed through a combined check out.

e. We do NOT offer international return shipping. If you want to return something from international it is your responsibility.
