Orders are packaged with extreme care but when the carrier takes possession, I’m not able to guarantee the safety of that order.  I do not offer refunds and/or free shipping returns.  In the unlikely event that an item is damaged/broken during shipment, the buyer  files the insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.  This is a USPS requirement and this information is found on USPS’ website on the “File A Claim” page.  As “proof of damage”, the USPS (nearest you) will want to physically see the broken item and the original shipping container with the shipping label attached.  If, in a special case, I do accept a return, the buyer will pay all return postage.

Photos will help you analyze the exact item you are viewing.  The buyer bears responsibility to study the photos and ask questions pertinent to their interests.  The written description and the photos are done to the best of my ability.  I’m only human and 

not an expert on all items.  It’s not possibly to cover every single detail about every item.  Any known damage or imperfections seen will be disclosed in the written description and/or in the photos.  Items are sold “as is”.  I strive to give 5-star service and value each and every buyer.  You and your business are greatly appreciated.  In my opinion, it is unfair to expect a full refund plus pay the return postage if a buyer simply changes their mind after their order arrives, or if I missed a minor detail in the description.  Please, ask relevant questions prior to buying.  Thank you.
