Sales Tax
We are legally required to collect sales tax in the state of North Carolina. The applicable amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's of North Carolina.

Rex & Son's uses Ground Shipping with transit times of 2 - 5 business days.

Handling Time
This item is in stock and we typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment. 
When your order ships tracking information will be posted to your transaction.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program.

International Transit Time

Return Merchandise Authorization

ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days. If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please notify us of your return.

Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please notify us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.

Standard Returns
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.Freight LTL Orders None Returnable
